Booking

Advanced bookings for snow play are highly recommended. Bookings can be made via our website or in person at our ticket office. Corin Forest has NO resale agreements with any other retailers. Payment must be made at time of booking.

We do not accept AMEX or Diners cards.

If your group requires special needs (wheelchair) please inform staff prior to booking to enable us to confirm we are able to cater for your needs. In making a booking you agree to the terms of our waiver as displayed in our online store or at the ticket office.

Cancellations & Refunds

Corin Forest reserve the right to cancel any activities with or without notice as deemed necessary due to adverse weather or snow conditions. Corin Forest reserve the right to cancel any tour with or without notice as deemed necessary for the well-being and safety of its patrons & staff. In such circumstances whereby Corin Forest is required to cancel an activity a refund will be offered as required. Please choose carefully when making a booking as bookings cannot be modified or refunded once made.

Corin Forest is not responsible for the operation of Corin Dam Rd. During major snow events or extreme conditions (including severe black ice) Territory and Municipal Services (TAMS) may completely close or restrict vehicle access to 4WD vehicles or cars with chains. Corin Forest will only offer refunds in the event that the road is closed to all vehicles. we cannot supply refunds to those who’s vehicles are not equipped to drive in snow. In the event that there is insufficient snow cover to safely operate the snow play area refunds will be offered.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed

 

Cancellations Due to Covid-19 (updated 05/08/2021)

Bookings made after 05/08/2021 are non-refundable. In the event that your booking has to be cancelled due to government covid restrictions, you will be provided with a credit for the tickets and rental gear booked which will be valid until the end of the following calendar year.
